Solution Architect, System Integration & Security
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAIN FOCUS:
* Engage closely with a customer to design & develop solution to
fulfill customer needs by understanding the customer challenges and
architectures, and turning that into the company solution
* Provides technical design of innovative customer solutions in
line with customer requirements
* Fully responsible for customer solution design in sales and
delivery phase, assumes technical leadership on a customer project
KEY TASKS:
* Develop customer solution design/architecture as input for
overall technical solution
* Influences technical mindset of the customer and RFx content
via technical workshops in the sales phase
* Coordinates technical part of bid preparation: solution
design/architecture
* Provide migration concepts from existing to new network
architecture
* Decision on products in customer solution and initiate
necessary product evaluations and validations
* Liaises with Solution Consultant, Product Line Manager (COO),
SPM, Project manager and 3rd party product manager to align
customer requirements with available generic solutions, company products
and 3rd party products
* Present offered solution design/architecture to customer and
verify/adapt it during realization phase
* Perform technical risk evaluation of proposed design/solution
* Collects customer feedback/requiremen
REQUIREMENTS:
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
* Understand operator business drivers and technology.
* Deep technical understanding in at least one of SI&S solution
areas:
a. OSS/BSS
b. SDF/SDP
c. VAS/IMS
d. Mobile TV
e. Security
* Proven leadership and management skills towards business
results.
* Virtual team management, communication and influencing skills.
* 8-12 years relevant experience.
